We hope you are happy with your purchase from SueMe but understand if you need to return your items. We are unable to offer refunds on any underwear that has been removed from the packaging. However, all other items can be returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 30 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided to process a refund. Items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that items returned to us are folded and in their original packaging.
If you have received a SueMe item as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only. Please state your preference on a note when returning.

We don't currently offer free international returns but we do offer an extended returns period for our international customers. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com
If you wish to exchange something in your order and are in a rush for your product, you can place a new order online for the replacement item and return the item you don’t want to keep (as explained above). When exchanging in this manner, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form and any postage you paid on your new order we will be refunded.
If you are happy to wait for the replacement item, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and our returns team can swap this item for you, stock levels permitting.
